What is a web widget?

A web widget is a small piece of computer code that can be installed on a HTML web page to display content from a third party.

The Nation Building - Economic Stimulus Plan widget displays information from the Australian Government's Nation Building - Economic Stimulus Plan website.

Yes. You don't need to know about computer programming to install and use a web widget. Follow the Installation Instructions below.

To add the Nation Building - Economic Stimulus Plan Widget to your website:

1. Enter an Australian postcode, suburb, or town to display your community on the widget's My Community map.

2. Select the widget size and colour to display on your website.

4. Click "Generate Code".

5. Copy and paste the generated code into your web page.
